Appointed Events

“When it comes to the Appointed team, the one thing I know for sure, is that my event will be world-class! Attention to detail is their middle name and nothing is ever too much effort. Their calm and caring spirits fill any room (or mailbox) with endless possibilities. They are, without a doubt, my go-to team."

Rolene Strauss • Miss World 2014

“An amazing team in South Africa who has literally assisted and guided me in my business aspects and decision making from an eventing perspective. More than anything else, it is about working with a skillset of people who are willing to go over and above to get the job done in excellence. What I love most about this team is that they are really hard workers and this resonates a value that I personally hold very dear to my own work ethic. It is an absolute pleasure and a delight to work with this professional team.”

Alexander Amosu • Founder of Lux Afrique

"In 2010 we started working with Appointed Events on a project basis. I am pleased to say that this initial project, The Veuve Clicquot Polo, is now the most sought after luxury event in South Africa. Today we do not see Appointed as a supplier but a strategic business partner. Their ability to go beyond the client brief in supplying insights, budget efficiencies and market research and consumer innovations makes them invaluable in creating any consumer experience. Throughout our 10 year partnership, the incredibly professional and energetic Appointed team has provided our luxury brands (Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot and Dom Perignon) with global best practice in consumer engagement. Today we use them across a wide variety of events, consultancy, production and services. I strongly recommend partnering with their team."

Patrick Leslie • RGBC Portfolio Manager

"I have had the privilege of working with Appointed Events team for over 5 years and have truly appreciated the passion, precision and creativity which they pour into each event we have curated together. It's an absolute pleasure working with such a professional team of people who are always willing to go the extra mile, can be counted on to deliver on time, in full and in line with the brief . They have a 'we can make it happen' attitude, no ask is too big which I always appreciate and they truly take pride in their delivery."

Aimee Kellen • Regional Marketing Manager, Moët Hennessy Africa & Middle East

"As the Founder of Avenue, I have had the great pleasure of working with the Appointed team for over a decade now. Together we've worked on creating unparalleled luxury experiences for Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot in South Africa, our shared clients. As a communications consultancy specialising in luxury and lifestyle brands, we choose to only work with best in class partners and we've found the Appointed team to have only ever been outstanding. They are a talented, professional and efficient events team and as a result we trust them implicitly to execute events worthy of the high praise and exposure they receive. We look forward to many more years of working together."
